摘  要
航空電子系統在飛機中占有重要地位,伴隨我國航空航天事業的發展,綜合??榛嬌盞繾酉低常↖MA)的功能檢測和故障排查越發顯示出其重要地位。自動檢測系統的設計和研發也受到了國內外專家的高度重視,虛擬儀器技術的發展為我們提供了快捷、方便的技術手段,我們可以運用虛擬儀器技術靈活的組建各種自動測試系統以達到硬件資源和軟件資源的共享和使用。
論文以中航工業某研究所航控板故障自動檢測系統的研發為背景,設計和研發出了航控板故障自動檢測系統。經過對比和研究國內外檢測平臺的搭建方法,本文提出了一種基于PXI總線、PXI機箱、光纖通信設備、NI板卡、Labview8.0專業開發板,及LM3S600的航控板故障檢測系統通用平臺。該平臺能夠實現設備的自動檢測及故障定位,將以太網作為媒介傳送故障信息至相關工作人員處,方便工作人員從遠端完成設備故障狀態確認、故障排查等工作。這對工程師完成故障排查及檢修工作帶來了極大的便利性,提高了人員工作效率,同時也為儀器設備的運行提供了良好的保障。
硬件設計,依據檢測綱要和待測試項的具體指標設計出該測試平臺。以NI板卡集成為硬件基礎,平臺設計包括基于Labview的上位機監控程序的開發、PXI機箱及光纖通信套件的選用、測試結果遠端傳輸設計、傳遞信息媒介選擇等。用于新老設備間進行匹配的電路板,我們自主設計了以 LM3S600 航控板為核心構成的電子負載板以完成該功能。
軟件設計,在Labview8.0專業開發版的軟件環境下,進行系統軟件的設計與調試。軟件界面能夠直觀反映設備的硬件配置及功能控制,能夠使得狀態機和系統有機的結合在一起,從而用Labview完成了軟件主要框架的搭建工作。分層調用可以使測試子項程序??櫚玫蕉刂?,基于Access的故障定位查詢,可快速準確的定位到故障點。同時系統可將檢測到的數據進行分析,并將結果實時顯示和儲存。測試數據的遠程傳輸我們可通過Labview的WebPublishing Tool得以實現。
該測試設備的成功研發與應用,為我國航電系統測試領域的發展起到了非?;淖饔?。

The thesis discussed the hardware design of the loss measurement system which is mainly used to measure the loss in the ring resonant cavity of the laser gyroscope. The working principle of laser gyroscope briefly introduced, whereas the method of measuring the loss and reflector curvature radius of the resonant cavity and the phase, The thesis with the xi 'an institute of aviation navigation control board fault automatic detection research and development as the research background, the requirements of reference research and development and realize the air board malfunction automatically detect, includes equipment and PC interface and software of fault detection and the research and design of user interface through a large number of exquisite detection platform at home and abroad, provides methods and the premise, r&d bus, chassis, optical fiber communication, the board, professional development board, etc. Through such methods as said can realize some troubleshooting purpose, but the workload and the professional staff of operation, experts, this paper puts forward the ideas of the system automatically detects and Ethernet as a medium for transmission to the relevant staff, has a staff of illness failure, reduce the workload and improve work efficiency, increase the reliability. 
For equipment, exquisite detection program and prepare the test requirements of the project, developed a detection system for NI equipment troubleshooting system, platform research and development of general computer control program of research and development, the chassis, and the choice of optical fiber, convey information media, in the process of old and new equipment to replace the electronic load can plate as a vehicle for the new and old system. 
Systems; In a stable Labview8.0 development platform, on the basis of the system software development and testing, use and control in software and equipment, can make the state machine and system organic unifies in together, completed the construction of the main framework of software work, dynamic adjustment can test the item hierarchical control module; By the test outline developed troubleshooting, automatic rapid positioning to that point failed; The test data and the analysis of system at any time can show or stored; Can transmit data remote transmission. 
Through hands-on experiments to research and development of system and the trial, the trial confirmed system is relatively stable and up to the start of all completed the expected functions, improve the efficiency of the aircraft fault detection, reduce the workload, the success of the product research and development to promote rapid progress of our country's aerospace industry.
